The
restaurant was opened in May 2005. It offers local and international
cuisine which will please even the most demanding gourmets. The
menu has 75 dishes, including roasted lamb under a baking lid, Bosnian
saslik, a large number of specialities of sea and freshwater fish,
and 9 sorts of salad.
As the desert, the guests can enjoy in chef's signature dishes:
crapes, hurmasice (date-shaped Bosnian pastry), baclava and tufahija
(apple stuffed with wallnuts and whipped cream).
The restaurant also equipped with a wine cellar, with homemade wines
from Herzegovina, and a wine list with over 60 different sorts of
wine.
The prices of the dishes range from 3€ to 9€, which is
the price of the specialty of the house, the „Kriva cuprija“
steak.
